Dermoline sweet itch Lotion is an effective oily lotion for preventing and soothing Sweet Itch in horses. It contains Pyrethrum which is a natural insecticide and Piperonyl Butoxide which acts as a synergist i.e. increases the effect of the insecticide.
Dermoline Sweet Itch Lotion should be applied at the beginning of the sweet itch season and reapplied daily for maximum effect.
